JOB REQUIREMENTS: To set up and service employee cafeteria providing a
clean, relaxing environment for resort employees to take breaks and
enjoy a meal. -Stocks food for employee cafeteria. -Maintains sanitary
conditions in cafeteria. -Maintains proper stock of dishes, utensils,
condiments and necessary food products. -Retrieves from kitchen
replenishment of employees\' food. -Performs basic food preparations;
slicing, chopping etc for employee cafeteria. -Assists in general
department and other departments as required. -Punches in and reports to
the Sous Chef and/or Garde Manger Supervisor on time and in full uniform
for each shifts. Obtains Manager\'s approval prior to punching out.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Garde
Manger Supervisor and/or Executive Chef. To perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

diploma or equivalent -Previous food and beverage experience preferred
but not required While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and
reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk;
and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25
pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability
to adjust focus. The position is indoors; and is exposed to hot, humid
and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment
is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high traffic/high
volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of
