Preconstruction Manager
Summary The Preconstruction Manager has primary responsibility for the
assigned SBU's sales and marketing function in the pre-construction phase.
This position concentrates on identifying and procuring profitable projects
for the assigned SBU.
Duties
Champions "The Layton Way" by delivering predictable outcomes for internal
teams, external teams, and customers.
Ensures that "Constructing with Integrity" is delivered by working with
honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
Assists the SBU executive in the development and execution of the SBU's
