Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in planning and managing engineering projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. 

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies while coordinating updates with stakeholders. 

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes. 

  • Facilitate regular cadence meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and that expectations are aligned, accurately set, and managed across the team and with the customer. 

  • Identify risks, scope creep, bottlenecks, and blockers, and escalate them appropriately. 

  • Monitor and report progress to the management team, key stakeholders, and delivery.  

  • High-level engagement supporting Services Sales, requirements gathering, scoping, alignment, and knowledge transfer. 

  • Utilize project management tools to track tasks and progress. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal project governance and best practices.
