Assist in planning and managing engineering projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies while coordinating updates with stakeholders.
Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
Facilitate regular cadence meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and that expectations are aligned, accurately set, and managed across the team and with the customer.
Identify risks, scope creep, bottlenecks, and blockers, and escalate them appropriately.
Monitor and report progress to the management team, key stakeholders, and delivery.
High-level engagement supporting Services Sales, requirements gathering, scoping, alignment, and knowledge transfer.
Utilize project management tools to track tasks and progress.
Ensure compliance with internal project governance and best practices.
