Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a Full-time experienced
Property Caretaker for 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN for general upkeep and light maintenance.
(Haines Road and Junction Ave) Competitive pay and generous benefits!! Caretaker unit available (not required) Rent Free!!
As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to;
minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.
Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
