Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an OR Inventory Coordinator. This person will be responsible for coordinating the ordering, flow, and distribution of supplies for perioperative services. Maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support excellent patient care while utilizing perpetual inventory procedures. Assists in procurement of special-order supplies and equipment. Performs the fundamental duties of the OR Materials Coordinator as needed

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 1 (one) year of experience in Medical Supply Chain, Procurement, and issue of supplies in a perpetual inventory environment.

2 years of work experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Ability to function in a clean/sterile environment.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Ability to analyze financial and budgetary reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation/conflict resolutions skills.

Understanding of product standardization and cost savings concepts
