We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This position is based in Delray Beach, Florida, and will require in-person collaboration during regular office hours. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and employee records management.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and HRMS platforms to manage and maintain accurate employee data.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Facilitate background checks and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Assist in managing applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
• Support benefit enrollment and administration, ensuring employees receive timely assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees by addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to maintain efficient workflows and improve processes.
• Prepare and review reports related to HR metrics and operational performance.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HRMS systems.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and related procedures.
• Strong recruiting experience required.
• Excellent organizational and auditing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Ceridian and other HR software tools is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service abilities and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources role or administrative support position preferred.
