    • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.

    • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HRMS systems.

    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and related procedures.

    • Strong recruiting experience required.

    • Excellent organizational and auditing skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with Ceridian and other HR software tools is a plus.

    • Outstanding customer service abilities and interpersonal communication skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Previous experience in a Human Resources role or administrative support position preferred.
