Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
  • Must show effective written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer hardware and software knowledge
  • Basic audio/visual technology knowledge
  • Knowledge of video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Teams, etc
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supporting audio, visual, and computing resources in an integrated environment
  • Audio/Visual system integration experience and knowledge
  • Good Knowledge of how to write and read technical documents, including: manuals, CAD drawings, floor plans, etc
  • Knowledge of Audio/Video design principles and general construction standards
  • Knowledge of Audio/Video control systems and Audio/Video device configuration
Job Description
Provide technical support to classrooms as required and handle technical troubleshooting for instructional spaces.
Job Duties
  • Assist in the physical installation of audio/visual/presentation technologies and computer systems
  • Assist in computer/software installation and configuration
  • Tier 2 support of audio/visual/computing technologies in learning space environments
  • Assist with routine maintenance of audio/visual and computing technologies
  • Inventory control duties
  • Administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned
