integrity, and accountability. JOB OVERVIEW Overall responsibilities
include receiving, distribution, and shipping of products from inventory
and WIP to internal customers as well as staging finished products to be
packaged and shipped to Robinson\'s external customers. The Coordinator
implements and evaluates process changes and improvements that affect
the handling, shipping, and receiving teams, which includes working with
other departments to improve material move methods to both internal and
external customers. This position also directs members of the Shared
Service Support staff to ensure internal and external customer
satisfaction. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with EHS Manager to comply
with OSHA standards. Ensure product is received into the ERP system
efficiently and accurately, including general visual inspections,
counting of product, and documenting tasks as needed. Coordinate and
perform material moves from inventory and WIP locations to and from work
centers ensuring material needs are met throughout the facility in a
safe, efficient manner. Count, protect, package, and process products
for shipments between different Robinson locations, vendors, and final
customers; work with vendors and customers to facilitate. Continuously
evaluate material flow practices between work centers and implement
change as needed. Take ownership in the development of processes and
procedures to increase material flow and on time delivery to internal
and external customers. Work with production leadership to identify
workloads of each department and then assign resources accordingly. Work
with Project Managers to ensure customers\' expectations are met and
exceeded. Encourage company initiatives like safety, LEAN manufacturing
practices, FIFO, and 6S. Train and support Shared Service personnel to
reach desired goals and objectives. Maintain necessary clerical records
