PRIMARY PURPOSE:

  •  Support CSM and Team with all clerical functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support as assigned
Assist with:

  • developing, motivating and maintaining a dynamic Customer Service Team
  •  organizing and participating in departmental event
Participate in daily departmental call
  • actively participate in daily training
CS SharePoint administrator
    -manage and maintain current files
  1. Truck schedulers
  2. Customer Tank Product listing
  3. Customer Contacts
  4. Caustic Blending Verification
  5. Meter Readings
  6. Emissions Throughput Tracking

     -develop new opportunities for the CS SharePoint

Maintain all records pertaining to the CS support team including but not limited to

  • shared Outlook contacts and distribution lists
  • shared Outlook calendars
  • monthly budget account management
  • monthly customer billbacks
  • coverage schedules
  • ob descriptions and accountabilities
  • procedures and policies
  • training compliance
  • cross-training efforts
  • establish and maintain current customer contract files
Assist with onboarding new hires
Fuel Grade Ethanol tank truck data entry
Assist with tank car order generation and prep
Assist with DV process, tank car paperwork
Perform all tasks with accuracy
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with external customers and internal KM departments



JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Power Point skills
  • 1-3 year equivalent job experience in this area
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 

Experience, Specific Knowledge, Certification, Licenses

  • DOT certification
  • System oriented
  • SAP, Galahad, Microsoft Office

Compensation:
$53,700 - $75,200
Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
