Solutions Delivery (ESD) and enterprise teams, streamlining delivery for

Summary The Engineering Shared Services (ESS) vision as an integral part
of NM\'s software delivery ecosystem though standardization,
simplification and automation. We help teams accelerate delivery by
solving problems that matter through innovative shared technology
solutions and keeping NM\'s delivery running smoothly and ensure our
teams are best positioned to do their jobs. About the role: Provide
technical guidance and leadership to the team. Establish, aggregate, and
share team standards and standard practices across the team. Mentor,
guide and coach engineers within the team for job performance as well as
technical and leadership growth. Recruit, hire and onboard talent,
ensuring the right mix of talent within team. Manage team size / design
and budget. Ensure stability, functionality, and on-going improvement
for the team\'s capabilities and service offerings. Partner closely with
NM\'s software, infrastructure, security, and data engineers throughout
the company to deliver shared capabilities that align with NM\'s
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Qualifications: Bachelor\'s
Degree in Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
6-8 years of professional experience required 3-5+ years of experience
working with modern engineering tools, languages and practices. 2-5+
years of experience leading engineering teams including: Growing
engineering abilities in others. Developing future engineering leaders.
Providing direct feedback and performance evaluations. Strong
understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Very strong
understanding of DevOps Proficiency with the design and development of
software products. Proven track record of successfully designing and
delivering significant and impactful technology solutions. Experience
developing and leading solution delivery using agile methods. Solid
understanding of the organizations business functions, systems, and
data. Able to communicate and drive strong partnerships between product,
