Understanding of LEAN and Continuous Improvement principles. Experience managing design drawings, engineering changes and design/configuration audits Ability to read and understand drawings of piece parts and structure assemblies. Progressive experience in managing Change Control Board process and supporting Engineering Change Boards and Change Control Boards (CCB's) Experience in Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill, and/or Costpoint is a plus.
