Maximus is currently hiring for a Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in Creve Coeur, MO. The Clinic Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating daily clerical and administrative activities of Brick and Mortar offices and per- diems within required VES Clinic Region. This position requires a strong balance of administrative skills and interpersonal abilities. We are seeking a communicative and detail- oriented individual for this position.

Due to contract requirements, only a US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
- To adhere to company’s Standard of Conduct at all times. Self- motivated and goal- driven mentality is a must; 
- Order all medical supplies for region; 
- PPE distribution for region; 
- Assembling and shipping per diem kits and new intake kits; 
- Maintain Inventory of medical supplies for applicable region; 
- Track and ship medical supplies to per diems, VES brick and mortars, and Intakes; 
- Order office supplies for all VES brick and mortars; 
- Processes emails from Per Diem staff with photos/medical records for upload; - Tracks Veteran Feedback VA AMTIS Cards; 
- Send Face Sheets (examinee info sheets) to per diems and providers as needed; - Weekly Reporting; - High Priority Veterans report; 
- Provider Birthday cards; 
- Cover clinic as needed; 
- Contact Manager updates; 
- Organizes and takes notes for weekly/monthly clinic call; 
- Maintains and tracks all CPR/First Aid certification for the clinic region; and 
- Maintains and tracks all PowerPoint training modules for the clinic region. 

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: 
- May be required to assist in other regions if needed; 
- Some travel may be required; 
- Attendance of weekly high- level meetings may be required; and - Other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 
- Confidence on the phone and ability to think on your feet; 
- Experience working with new people and establishing of relationships; 
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written; - Ability to multi- task and stay organized; 
- Problem- solving skills; 
- Good understanding of overall VES examination and clinic process; and 
- Adept in technology, strategic planning, administrative skills and multi- tasking.
- Must live in or near Creve Coeur, MO
- Must be willing and able to work out of the VES Creve Coeur, MO clinic location each day.
- Must be willing and able to lift and move boxes/objects up to 50 lbs regularly

Minimum Requirements
- High school graduate; some college preferred; and - - 3 years of experience in VES Clinic/Field Operations.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
