The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of our finance team that will provide analytical and financial process support across multiple functions within PS&D. In this role you will:
Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop financial forecasts and budgets
Facilitate a modified month end close process that include revenue recognition related to unique recruiting services contracts, generating and distributing monthly financial reporting packages.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the PS&D finance function
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Accounting / Finance. Or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years Analytical and business experience (4 years of directly related experience may substitute for the required degree).
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data management and analysis tools
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Expert level Excel proficiency
Preferred qualifications:
Relevant experience in similar industry or role.
Ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets using Power BI.
Proficiency in performing data analysis, identifying trends, patterns and outliers and translating data into actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and insights.
