We are seeking an experienced IT SOX & General Controls Lead with a strong understanding of IT general controls and policies. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in SOX compliance and possess a background in healthcare, with in-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations. This role requires the ability to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for effectively managing risk and ensuring organizational compliance. This is a contract to hire role starting at 50/hr.

Knowledge of COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology)
Knowledge of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) security standards
Knowledge of CIS Critical Security Controls (CIS Controls)
HIPPA knowledge
