JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Join our team today as the Deduction
Analyst where you will drive the research and determine the validity of
deductions taken by our customers. Obtain backup from the customers and
determine the root cause of the deduction and move to the appropriate
person for review and clear within a reasonable amount of time. Publish
a monthly report of all deductions open, charged back, closed, and
written off. Investigate, resolve, and report - your detective skills
make all the difference! ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: \* Request for
support documentation from customer, carrier or online portal and route
deduction to the proper individual for review/approval. \* Process
deductions based on direction of approval and ensure closed in all
databases. \* Assist in the reconciliation of the deduction/chargeback
tracking sheet to ensure data is entered accurately. \* Update monthly
deduction/chargeback tracking sheet to reflect deduction balances
outstanding on daily transactions. \* Review denied chargebacks &
freight claims and ask for direction on how to handle them. \* Review
all customer audits within 30 days of receipt. \* Other projects as
defined by Department Manager: o Review and process return orders for
accounting. o Create Misc. Invoices/Credits for non-AR related billings.
o Review the AR Summary at month end and discuss with manager and sales
manager outstanding balances. All balances older than 90 days discuss
with manager on direction. o Process chargebacks for your customers and
follow up on collectability in a timely manner. o Review vendor guides
to ensure deductions are processed in the proper manner and timeframe. o
Review reports for errors and fix orders. o Follow training procedures
to clear deductions in a timely manner with workflow approval in High
Radius. \* Demonstrate commitment to Rockline\'s RRITE Values of Renew,

other job-related work, as needed, or requested. QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS: \* High School diploma or equivalent required. \*
Applicants must have at least 5 years of work experience or equivalent
in an Inventory, Transportation, Logistics, or Accounting role within a
manufacturing environment OR Associate Degree (or higher, preferably
Business/Finance/Accounting). \* Must have knowledge of accounting
elements such as debit/credits or related. Previous experience with A/R
functions is highly preferred. \* Previous work experience with A/R
functions, JD Edwards or High Radius is highly preferred. \* Must have
