WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a Lead, Finance Operations Performance & Governance with a proven history of getting things done in sophisticated operating environments, with the ability to implement significant change and standardize processes in service of Nike Inc’s Digital Transformation. You are by nature a self-starter, balanced by being a great teammate who can take a collaborative approach.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for supporting governance with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and monitoring MSP performance against agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs). You will also oversee the Shared Delivery service catalog. Your key accountabilities include:

  • Establishes and runs key governance forums with internal stakeholders and the MSP, ensuring they are productive, results-oriented, and advance Nike’s business objectives.

  • Identifies the appropriate operational metrics and reporting criteria to monitor MSP performance, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure the MSP is delivering high-quality services at a competitive cost.

  • Manages MSP performance escalations and develops action plans to address issues that resulted in missed service targets, further escalating unresolved SLA breaches to Legal for review.

  • Develops processes, templates, and tools to effectively run service catalog management.

  • Develops and maintains the service catalog to provide transparency to business partners, including identifying the services and activities provided by the MSP and their SLA commitments.

  • Conducts regular reviews of the service catalog with internal stakeholders and the MSP.

  • Drives the planning and budgeting across Shared Delivery and partners with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner with Nike Inc.’s Managed Service Provider (MSP), our Director of Global Process Delivery, Senior Directors across our Global Process Owners (R2R, O2C, P2P), the Finance Business Leadership Team, as well as leaders across Procurement, Legal, HR, Technology, FP&A, Finance Transformation Management Office, and our EY partners for Tax and Financial Governance & Controls. Experience working with external workforces a plus (Outsourcing, Accounting, Consulting, Third Party Vendor Management etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field and 5+ years of experience in governance, financial operations, and/or vendor management

  • Certified Public Accountant and/or Project Management Certifications preferred
