JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As an Education Program
Coordinator II in Family Medicine at the Forest Home Health Center you
will coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events,
assembling enrollment and education information, and following
compliance guidelines, under close supervision. Primary Functions
Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g.,
educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews,
orientation, schedules, and graduation). Maintain proficiency in
accreditation, board, and institutional requirements. Coordinate and
monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full
compliance. Maintain and create, as needed, Program Letters of Agreement
for residency rotation locations. Support the designated institutional
official, Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders on
issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national
boards, and affiliates. Administrative support and assistance for the
faculty and midlevels within the residency program. Serve as primary
liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated
institutions, and national organizations. Develop and maintain
database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the
institution, program(s) and learners. Create, input, and maintain the
monthly clinic schedule in Qgenda for faculty, midlevels and residents.
Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of
issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners. Coordinate recruitment
of preceptors, instructors, and speakers. Create brochures, flyers,
handbooks, and other educational materials. Coordinate assessment and
evaluation activities internally and externally. Track, complete, and
submit faculty reimbursement paperwork. Become well-informed with ACGME
Family Medicine guidelines. May monitor program budgets and lead or
oversee the work of support staff. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and
cultural awareness. Customer focus, building trust, communication,
