Description
Purpose and Scope
This role will assist in the administration, maintenance, and optimization
of financial systems that support accounting, consolidation, reporting,
budgeting, and forecasting with a primary focus on OneStream as the EPM
-Enterprise Performance Management - tool used within the organization.
Responsibilities include master data management, alignment across systems,
data load tie-outs and reconciliations, centralized reporting development
and distribution, training, rolling forward templates for forecast and
budget scenarios, and system security management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
System Administration:
Administer the daily operation of the EPM system, ensuring its
reliability, availability, and performance.
Monitor system health and address any issues or errors promptly to minimize
downtime.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary.
Support other financial systems as necessary.
Act as system super-user to provide training to others in the organization as
necessary on reporting and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain system user guides as necessary.
Establish efficient processes around system deployment and use with a
continuous improvement mindset.
