Job Title: Program CoordinatorLocation: New York, NYPay Rate: $44-$50 per hourSchedule: 20 hours per week maximumServices to be Provided/Deliverables:Manage communications with VFCA leadership regarding agency participation in the pilot program, including data collection and program evaluation.Coordinate partner meetings with ACS, DOHMH, OMH, evaluators, and other collaborators, including developing agendas and meeting minutes.Collaborate with NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) to monitor attendance of participating VFCAs in the High-Fidelity Wraparound training (attendance in trainings not required).Coordinate with foster care agencies and staff to monitor implementation of High-Fidelity Wraparound services with foster care youth.Collaborate with evaluation consultant to coordinate data collection, interviews, and focus groups with VFCA pilot participants as part of the project evaluation component.Coordinate with evaluation consultant on data and evaluation elements.Review and provide input on annual funder reports.Prepare presentations and email communications to VFCAs regarding High Fidelity Wraparound Pilot Project recruitment and overall implementation.Minimum Qualifications:Masters degree in Public Health (MPH), Public Administration (MPA), Public Policy (MPP), or Social Work (MSW) or relevant field is required.Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Experience managing grant-funded health projects and programs and demonstrated ability to meet grant deliverables in a timely manner.Demonstrated data analysis skills are preferred.Experience using Microsoft Office software, including: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Availability to attend meetings or perform tasks during regular business hours.Additional Notes:This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Experience in the field of mental health services or child welfare is beneficial.The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders is essential.Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate meetings and tasks during regular business hours is necessary.
