ACI currently provides staff to state and Federal government agencies in classified and non-classified positions and health care staffing.   Description Job Responsibilities: Initiate, perform, and complete assigned duties for diverse patient populations Complete patient care based on conditions, utilizing judgment in procedures and treatments Observe, identify, and respond to patient needs, including medication, equipment-assisted care, and patient/family education Prepare and administer prescribed medications and perform treatments according to established policies Recognize urgent or emergent patient care situations, seeking assistance from RN and/or MD/DO, and initiating appropriate emergency interventions as directed Work Schedule: Shifts between 0600 – 1830, Monday through Friday Scheduled shifts at the discretion of the squadron commander Normal work schedules: 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour non-paid lunch each day Not to exceed 40 hours per week or 80 hours per two weeks   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)   Position Requirements Qualifications: Certificate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program approved by the state agency Unrestricted LVN/PN license from a state Board accredited program Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Cardiology LVNs require Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Experience: One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation     User4     Self-ID for Veteran Status   Self-ID of Disability   This position is currently accepting applications.
