Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Driveline Technician to support our client in the Richmond, VA area. This individual would execute performance testing for petroleum additives, specifically friction testing for automotive transmissions, and report the results to internal customers.

This is a day shift opening Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities include:
- Starting and running a testing rig.
- Preventative maintenance and/or repairs of the testing rig.
- Recording test data in Excel.
- Providing test reports at the conclusion of tests.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience working in automotive technology, component testing, machine maintenance, or a similar field.
- 1 year MINIMUM experience as an Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
