Semi-Trailer Big Box, a Truck and Semi-Trailer Equipment Sales Dealership with offices Waxahachie Texas is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Sales Administrators.  This is a Part Time entry level position with an aggressive learning environment. We are looking for individuals who possess very clear goals. We are seeking individuals who know what they want and who have a strong desire to constantly learn, grow and share.  Ideal for students interested in establishing a foundation of skills in Administration - Sales - Marketing. 

Position Summary:

This is a Part-Time position in our Waxahachie Branch Office off of I-35 and Sterrett Rd.  

Morning Shift - 9am - 1pm - 20-25 hours per week - Must live close. 

Seeking a strong administrative support and organizational skillset.

Major Position Objectives:

  • Clerical & Administrative support of Operations activity 
  • Support the Sales Operations Managers Daily activities.
  • Facilities Admin - Supplies - Etc
  • Inventory Administration - Tracking 
  • Transport - Quotes - Tracking 
  • Shop Maintenance Administration  
  • Answer Phones - Handle Customers - Sales Support 
  • Data Entry - Filing 
  • Coordinate activities between the Operations & Sales Teams. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Reliable, dependable, motivated outgoing individual.
  • Basic Office work skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task independently and as part of a team
  • Strong Organizational Skills-Attention to Detail
  • Time Management-Ability to Prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Mature capacity to deal with multiple personalities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)
  • Experience in database applications - Data Entry - Filing - Phones 
  • Jean's environment 
  • Physically active - Inside and outside activities - Equipment Yard - Shop - Office 
  • Candidate will enjoy being in a very physically active support role.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $18 per hour (paid weekly)
  • Morning Shift - 9-1
  • Earned PTO 
  • Can lead to FT opportunity if desired.
