Responsibilities:
• Managing and organizing calendars efficiently
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite for document formatting
• Ensuring clear and effective written and oral communication
• Upholding high standards of grammar and punctuation in all communications
• Proofreading documents and correspondence for accuracy
• Managing documents and utilizing e-discovery tools effectively
• Contributing positively to team settings and collaborations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Proficiency in Calendar Management to ensure efficient scheduling and organization
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively within the team and with clients
• Appropriate Grammar skills for drafting and editing legal documents
• Understanding of Proper Punctuation to maintain clarity and professionalism in written communication
• Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documents
• Experience in Document Management, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents as required
• Ability to perform Document Formatting in line with company and legal standards
• Knowledge of Electronic Discovery to aid in the collection and preservation of electronic data in legal proceedings
