Job Summary
This position receives calls to resolve basic and routine customer concerns in
a timely and professional manner. Responds to email and text correspondence,
applying appropriate resolution. Acts as a liaison between the branch and the
customer in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.
The starting wage is $15 - $17 per hour (dependent on experience)
The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Working 1
Saturday per month is possible as needed by the business.
Job Description
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's
complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining
the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
