    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting, with a minimum of three to five years preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal/external audit requirements.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
    • Experience with Oracle Fusion or SAP systems is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
