Job Description

I provide customer service and checkout customers, as needed.
I complete availability work (Pinpoint, Price Changes, Deep Outs Scan).
I pull down Topstock.
I work with my team to zone area.
I partner with stocking team to work features and non-basic merchandise to the floor or bin
I manage clearance and deleted items.
I am knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
I complete opening and closing tasks.
I checkout my own till and walk with another team associate for safety.
I have a register key and conduct overrides for my team and neighboring departments.
I water plants, as needed.
I receive deliveries as needed according to the Receiving Department Specific Process Guides for Lawn and Garden.
I assemble products and assist with other assembly duties for the store.
I inspect and perform repairs on returns and customer bikes.
In ASP approved stores my primary function is to support the ASP:
- By staging products for assembly.
- Stocking the products.
- Conducting repairs on returned bikes.
- Completing customer requests when the ASP is not present.
I pick up and put back service desk returns.
I use the Mod Flex Tool to set, confirm and aisle locate modulars and assign and maintain endcap features.
