Wednesday, March 26, 2025 The Pneumatic Assembler is responsible for
pneumatic plumbing/piping, assembling, testing, completing, and
installing paper converting machinery. Job Responsibilities & Essential
Functions of the Job: Install pneumatic and hydraulic components on
equipment. Install oilers and grease components on equipment. Install
magnehelic components and transducers with related plumbing. Perform
pneumatic plumbing. Install cable, wire, and pneumatic tubing/ hose
management devices, such as: cable tray, conduit, and wire way. Assemble
pneumatic and hydraulic control boxes. Route and terminate pneumatic,
hydraulic, grease and oiler tubing/ hoses. Sub-assemble pneumatic,
hydraulic, grease and oiler components. Utilize pneumatic prints and
schematics. Operate material handling equipment. Occasional Job
Responsibilities: Work on pressurized systems Department clean up and
improvement projects. Utilize overhead crane and rigging procedures.
Preparing shipments Train new employees as needed. Assist with
electrical, mechanical, and warehouse functions. Job Requirements:
Education generally equivalent to a high school diploma. Journeyman
Electrical certification, Millwright certification, Associate\'s degree
in Electro/Mechanical field, or relevant manufacturing experience
preferred. Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide,
and metric system conversions. Must have the ability to read and
understand pneumatic schematics. Ability to read and understand
mechanical, electrical schematics electrical code manuals, and other
manufacturing instructions preferred. Requires good oral and written
communication skills. Must be able to collaborate with others (including
in person) to proactively develop solutions. Physical Requirements:

Safety glasses, gloves, shoes, and hearing protection) while performing
