The "All In Virginia" Tutoring Coordinator helps coordinate the efforts, in partnership with division-level administration, principals and teachers, to build and maintain an achievement-oriented school culture. The coordinator is responsible for data analysis, resource/materials management, tutor training, and tutor management. The coordinator organizes the tutoring program but does not work directly with students.

Support efforts to positively impact student achievement at the division and school levels
Monitor the tutoring program through observation and meetings with school principals and teachers
Organize and review results of various student assessments
Review progress reports and data gathered at the school
Create tutoring materials to support student learning

Organize academic support and resources in collaboration with the principal
Coordinate student academic support interventions and enrichment
Train and manage tutors who will support the tutoring program

At least five years of successful teaching experience
Demonstrated relationship-building skills with administrators and teachers
Ability to analyze data to improve student achievement
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with diverse populations while maintaining high professional standards
Exemplary organizational skills along with the ability to establish and manage multiple priorities and the ability to work under pressure
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with curriculum development and leading professional development preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
