    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and refine billing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.

    • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure billing operations align with service level agreements.

    • Generate and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.

    • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and customer service teams to streamline billing operations.

    • Leverage billing software and tools to automate processes and reduce errors.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing management or a related field.

    • Experience working with AIA documents and construction-related billing practices.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
