Technical Program Analyst

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm
OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Technical Program Analyst, on the Applications Development Team, you will share responsibility in successfully delivering small, medium and large technical initiatives. You will utilize technical and project management expertise to drive key program deliverables. You will communicate with IT leadership and development teams regularly regarding work in progress and the implementation of solutions. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
oPartnering with development teams from design through delivery on technical initiatives
oProviding task management and facilitation of technical solutions
oDeveloping and managing project milestones and tasks
oEnsuring on-time delivery of technical initiatives
oWorking with portfolio teams to facilitate the creation of functional specifications for the development team
oWorking with developers to create technical specification
oParticipating in development unit testing
oCollaborating with managers and leads to estimate work efforts, identify resources and establish timeframes
oIdentifying and calculating return on investment regarding processes for efficiency and scale in the organization
oHelping identify and implement development team process improvements
oProviding oversight to external development resources as needed
o Using problem solving and facilitating skills to help resolve complex technical problems
oWorking to consistently create quality code
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
oPossess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field of study
oPossess at least 1 year of experience working directly with development teams
oExcellent written and oral communication skills
oProficient computer skills
oDemonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
oHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

oWork independently as well as in a team environment
oLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
