Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Overview:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision during service recipient's asleep hours and assisting service recipients with their morning routines. The person in this position generally works without direct supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.

An ideal Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) candidate relates well with others and possesses sound judgement, initiative and self-direction. An ideal candidate has a high level of responsibility and the ability to take immediate and appropriate action in a variety of situations. The ideal candidate also has use of a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license. The Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) is comfortable with supporting individuals with all levels of need.
Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Description:
An Asleep Overnight DSP is available to service recipients throughout the night for any support or assistance they may need. In the morning, you will help everyone rise and shine by supporting people while they get ready for the day!
You will perform all shift duties in-accordance with program protocols, and follow all program rules and regulations, supervision and safety. You will be able to build relationships with people by providing support and helping them start their day off in a positive way!
Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time
- Overnight Shifts (10pm-8am)
- No Mandated Shifts
Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) Salary:
- $10.59 per hour during asleep hours (10pm-6am)
- $17.50 per hour during awake hours (6am-8am)
