At the full performance level, the employee provides expertise, project management, and coordination support to Regional Offices and other HQ offices for the Sustainability and Environmental Compliance programs. Provides program and project planning to establish schedules on major projects in collaboration with the Sustainability and Environmental Compliance program leads. Coordinate teams of technical and functional experts to support programs and projects. Complies data for analysis and tracking progress towards meeting program goals.

This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which they earn annual leave. Such credit must be requested and approved prior to the appointment date and is not guaranteed.
Occasional travel of up to 5-10% annually is required; with overnight travel possible during allor part of that time.
The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain the required DOE/WAPA certification to serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR).
This position requires the ability to operate a government vehicle.
Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain Defensive Drivers certification and have a valid state driver's license. Defensive Driver's Training will be completed upon employment.
