Essential Functions and Duties:
Open a variety of personal, business, and advanced accounts, including IRAs, CDs, Trusts, Estates, LLCs, Corporations, and more
Process name changes, add/remove account relationships and handle account modifications such as changes due to death or adding/removing members
Handle domestic and foreign wire transfers, along with fraud-related disputes, ATM disputes, and stop payments
Order checks, print and balance ATM/Debit cards, and manage card statuses (hot/warm cards)
Assist with vault and teller functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and more
Process and monitor various account types, including health savings accounts, medical savings accounts, business e-banking, and certificates of deposit
Demonstrate knowledge of banking regulations and perform tasks in compliance with laws and company policies
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following proper procedures for account and card security
Participate in required training, courses, staff meetings, and lobby displays
Participate in Community Service and Bank-sponsored activities
Qualifications:
A moderate level of banking knowledge preferred
Knowledge of how to properly ID/Verify customers
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Must have the ability to work in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate courtesy, customer service, and tact
Basic computer skill with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, ten-key, general computer applications and standard office equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
