Overview The Screening Commercial Analytics Intern supports a team of
Analysts that act as cross-functional internal consultants to the
screening business. The Analyst Intern is primarily responsible for
analyzing large-scale, complex datasets that help to inform the
company\'s commercial strategy and to run the business more effectively.
The Analyst Intern also provides ad hoc request support to complete
requests from internal customers. This position is based in our office
in Madison, WI. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the
following: Support fact-based decision-making and measurement of
commercial effectiveness and/or economics of company initiatives.
Analyze and assist other Analysts in analyzing customer data to uncover
trends, preferences, and opportunities for improved sales targeting and
tailored messaging. Evaluate and assist other Analysts in evaluating the
economic and/or operational impact of new products and/or strategies.
Assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed. Effectively compile
and communicate complex results to technical and non-technical
audiences. Uphold company mission and values through accountability,
innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with
the company\'s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to act with an
inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Ability to work designated schedule. Ability to work nights and/or
weekends (as needed). Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in
front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 100%
of a typical working day. Ability and means to travel 100% between local
Exact Sciences locations. Ability to travel 10% of working time away
from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel. Minimum
Qualifications Current student enrolled towards Bachelor\'s or Master\'s
degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or
