Job Description:
Your Responsibilities:
Supporting and managing claims programs for Auto and General Liability
Day to Day operational claims management, including reviewing all incoming incidents
Monitoring and processing third-party administrator reports and invoices
Act as a liaison between business partners and third-party administrators
Manage required state and federal reporting requirements for workers' compensation programs
Assist in developing and provide oversight of a global claims program
Provide technical guidance to internal contacts on claims administration
Analyze loss data to identify trends and opportunities for loss control
Assist with collecting information for insurance renewal applications and submissions
What we are Looking for:
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years' experience supporting corporate risk management insurance programs and/or claims experienced preferred
Prior claims experience preferred, knowledge and understanding of claims handling process and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
Ability to organize and establish priorities.
Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
Ability to evaluate data for current trends and apply trends to loss prevention.
