BASIC PURPOSE: To keep social media and digital advertising channels
current and impactful
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for working within digital marketing platforms to:
Achieve the tactical execution of strategic campaigns and initiatives as defined by the Content and Product Marketing teams
Manage the day-to-day operations of digital advertising and social channels, including:
Demandbase/Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
SEM (Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising)
Paid and Organic Social (LinkedIn)
Create and update engaging content

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for coordinating channel activities with stakeholders across Marketing. This role's ongoing activities include:
Developing digital marking strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand perception
Creating engaging digital content, ensuring alignment with marketing and brand objectives
Managing digital agency relationships
Keyword deployment and optimization
Campaign and ad group structure management
Tracking alignment, bid optimization
Ensuring opt-in to relevant betas
Integration with other platforms
Reporting and insight generation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
Applicants must have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns across the requisite platforms, including specific, impactful examples of optimization and business results driven through each. Candidates should have a demonstrated aptitude for:
Collaborative teamwork across multiple stakeholders
Foresight towards the evolution of digital platform enhancements, including audience alignment and segmentation, orchestration across platforms, and attribution across channels
Flexibility in adapting tactics to shifting priorities
Data analysis, especially with tools like Google Analytics
Account-based marketing with Demandbase
Paid advertising with experience managing campaigns across Google and LinkedIn Ads

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Informatics, or Communication, is preferred, but not required.

Experience

Five years of hands-on digital marketing experience required. Your work history must include concrete examples of working in digital advertising platforms. Agency experience preferred.
