Job Description:
Supply Chain Equipment Specialist
SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Solutions organization. This position plays an integral role in managing a wide range of processes on behalf of the Project teams, Equipment Facility Teams, Buyers and ESM HQ Leadership (Equipment Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with project teams to source equipment and schedule deliveries according to project timelines
Adhere to established procedures for processing equipment facility orders and returns from the field
Source equipment internally and through 3rd party rental and service suppliers
Generate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals
Reconcile and process the billing of contracts, invoices, and work orders daily
Support electronic Inventory Management
Assist with physical Inventory Management on project sites or within equipment facilities
Update and modify Task Codes and Off-Rent dates based on input from project teams (customers)
Provide Inventory Management reporting to teams, including scheduled and on-demand reports, ensuring quality control
Manage a fleet of vehicles across the country
Reconcile fleet invoicing with Accounting, fleet vendors and project teams
Offer equipment solutions and resolve issues for project teams, including recommendations for equipment type and maintenance
Coordinate service technicians for a large fleet of owned heavy equipment using telematics to track service intervals
Plan and mobilize owned assets to maintain high utilization rates
Build effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Perform all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of basic service and maintenance requirements of heavy equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Shown positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Planning and organizational skills
Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
Bachelor's Degree or minimum four years of relevant experience
Experience with billing software preferred

The base pay range for this role is $68,200 - $92,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
