swim environment by supervising patrons in or around the water. This
position will also utilize effective critical thinking and
decision-making skills and prevent drownings, accidents, and injuries
from occurring and also respond to emergencies. This position will also
effectively communicate and enforce policies, safety procedures and
minimize hazards as well as assist in program implementation and teach
