Job Description
General Laborer - Fence & Landscaping Support
A local Flathead Valley company, dedicated to serving their community is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with outdoor construction and landscaping projects. This role will primarily support fence installation and related tasks, including mixing and moving concrete, digging post holes, and general site labor.
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions and Duties:
Assist in building and installing fences
Mix, carry, and pour concrete for fence post installations
Perform heavy lifting and material transport
Dig holes for fence posts using manual and power tools
Support landscaping tasks such as moving soil, planting, and grading
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, or construction preferred
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials - up to 80lbs
Reliable, willing to work until the project is complete
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Flexibility in work hours based on project needs
