Job Description:
Regions Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Services Supervisor to join our team in our Supply Chain Services Department! The position will be responsible for the following job duties/responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations and workflow to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently
Provide daily supervision, orientation, and training to department employees
Develop positive working relationships with leaders of intra-departments
Create appropriate performance measures, quality tracking, and customer satisfaction programs
Ensure a safe and customer focus environment for patients, staff and visitors
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED Required
Two (2) years of inventory management experience
Two (2) years of customer service experience
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
Technology literate
Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 8am-430pm
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Salary Rate: $64,000-$76,000/year
