Supply Chain- Procurement Operations Intern

This role will provide the undergraduate candidate with the opportunity to work and develop skillsets in Procurement – Supply Chain.

  • Support location/supplier sourcing changes, new product/packaging launches, spec changes, reformulations, artwork changes, and other initiatives that impact CCNA. Lead implementation and change management activities, for materials or services that are impacted by change.

  • Develop, initiate and monitor implementation strategies and activities to support business needs. Responsible for communicating progress, risk and issues on a consistent basis.

  • Execute and manage supplier start-up orders, to support commercial production. Validate volume/forecasts, sourcing, and artwork. Manage any continuity of supply issues that are a result of the project or change.

  • Work with Networked Organization to identify and execute process improvement opportunities balancing both end-user and operations perspectives to drive overall value

  • Partner with Accounts Payable, P2P Service Centers and other finance teams

  • Monitor metrics, process, pain points and business needs, recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and business process, complete root cause analysis to put mitigation plan in place.

  • Build and drive reporting project automation using tools such as Power Bi and Tableau.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
