Job Description

A customer in the Huntsville, AL area is looking for an experienced RF Engineer to join their team. This individual will design, develop, and build RF hardware systems, and integrate components into networked fieldable systems to support the advancement of electronic warfare. The RF Engineer must be hand on with actual hardware and comfortable working in a lab. Some duties will include programming radios and devices, expanding gigahertz to 18 and measure signals in a lab. The position requires up to 15% travel and would lead a small team of junior RF Engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

* Secret Clearance Eligible

* C/C++ Programming

* Minimum of 6+ years experience

* Extensive knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR) or Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) - Specifically programming FPGAs

* Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

* Has electrical experience and can understand radio wavelengths and their frequencies

* Experience designing a circuit board

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Active Secret Clearance

* Previous Military Experience
