Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing our Stray Dog Strength products through the
order fulfillment process. This position is responsible for maintaining the quality of Stray Dog Strength
products, making sure that customer orders are being processed correctly and on time to meet the
deadlines that have been set for delivery. The Manufacturing Manager position is part of the
operations team and will report to our HeadQuarters Office. They will participate in the weekly
production meetings to schedule and manage the customer orders in our Build to Order system.

Duties

Manage the manufacturing process to ensure products ship correctly and on time.
● Make products meet the specifications by reading product drawings and BOMs.
● Properly allocate resources to ensure that all orders ship on time.
● Implement and manage quality control processes and systems to meet our customers
expectations
● Participate in our order fulfillment planning and attend weekly Monday meetings to keep orders
on schedule.
● Oversee the order fulfillment process.
● Travel to our manufacturing partner's facility to give direction to workers there to keep our
assembly labor on track.
● Monitor our assembly supplies and notify your manager when they are getting low.
● Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
● Monitor the timeliness, attention to detail and attitude of labor and report any issues so the
necessary corrections can be made.
● Schedule and approve time sheets of labor guys.
Skills
● Associate/Bachelor degree in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Construction Management or related field
● Preferred 3 years work experience or equivalent in a manufacturing environment
● Organization and planning skills required
● Mechanical Aptitude
● Ability to email and use Google drive
● Ability to manage labor
● Must be willing to work as part of a team and do what the company needs even if it is not in
your job description.

Benefits

● Starting annual salary of $55,000 - $75,000
● Preferred 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment

● Work Week: Monday - Thursday and Fridays as needed
