A machinery manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join their team out of Dalton, GA. This role involves maintaining and building customer relationships, overseeing project timelines from sales to installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation. The representative will coordinate with internal teams to ensure the project is flowing as needed and will travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally, for trade shows.

- Familiarity and knowledge of machinery and mechanical Equipment (motors, drives, bearings, cylinders, pulleys, Etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 20- 30% (both domestic & international)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering
