Join the team of a leading auto manufacturer in Ridgeville, SC, as we’re currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Production Associates. At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re committed to helping you find a job that’s the perfect fit for your skills and aspirations.
Position: Production Associates
Location: Ridgeville, SC
Shift and Pay Rate:
- Monday to Friday, 3:40pm – 12:20 am
- $19.25hr
- This position will be starting End of May
What’s a typical day like as an Assembler? You’ll be:
- Your day will be dynamic and engaging, involving tasks such as:
- Obtaining parts and strategically placing them in designated locations (e.g., attaching doors to vehicles, installing dashboards, seating)
- Loading assemblies accurately into fixtures as required
- Operating production machinery to perform various tasks
- Inspecting parts meticulously for quality defects
- Actively participating in problem-solving activities and contributing to corrective actions
- Handling equipment with care, following established procedures and guidelines
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED – required
- Comfortable lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods and maneuver in and out of vehicles
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
