\$29.70 Responsibilities: Safely perform a variety of skilled
maintenance work and troubleshooting to maintain upkeep on the various
pieces of production and labeling equipment. Monitor production flow and
equipment operation to maintain production goals. Direct, train, and
lead employees; including seasonal employees during the production
season. Operate various pieces of production and labeling equipment.
Perform other assigned duties requested by the supervisor. Maintain
housekeeping on a continuous basis within the department. Assist with
job placement of employees. Perform administration duties. Other duites

Capable of working with a wide variety of tools. Proven mechanical
aptitude. Machinist skills or training are advantageous. Welding and
torch cutting experience. Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and
steam. Oral and written communication skills should be at minimum a high
school level. Basic math and computer concept skills. Ability to read
and give instructions on the proper use of a micrometer. Work
cooperatively with co-workers while giving and receiving information.
