    We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and supporting tax planning and research activities. This role will also consist of compiling supporting financial statements, reviewing general ledger activities, and assisting with tax audits. The ideal candidate must have the ability to review legal documents, knowledge of general ledger systems, tax provisions expertise, and the ability to maintain preserve confidentiality.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    • Conduct tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes for the organization.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and provide accurate documentation.

    • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, ATX Tax Software, and CCH ProSystem Fx for efficient tax preparation.

    • Analyze financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

    • Manage annual income tax provisions and ensure timely filings.

    • Research and interpret tax laws to provide guidance on complex tax issues.

    • Maintain detailed records of tax filings and compliance documentation.

    • Assist in corporate tax compliance, including sales tax and local tax obligations.

    • Provide expertise in individual tax preparation and corporate transactions.

    The ideal Senior Tax Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.


    Other requirements for the Senior Tax Accountant role include and are not limited to:

    ·      5+ years of tax experience (individual tax prep preferred)

    ·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel
