JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Are you a sales executive with experience
in the outdoor industry, experienced with outdoor and sporting good
chains and dealers? Are you able to lead a global sales team including
responsibility for sales strategy, trade promotions, customer service,
forecasting, and category management, and desire to be a part of the
management team for a division of a leading outdoor company? We are
looking for a dynamic leader capable of driving strategic and profitable
growth, leading a factory-direct sales team, plus manage rep groups, be
a brand steward, able to drive partnerships with leading retailers,
achieve excellence in new product placement, and expand distribution in

play a key role as part of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating
with Marketing, Operations and Finance to create the strategy and ensure
