Job Summary

Assist department manager in executing the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc. · Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. · Duties include, but are not limited to, pressure washing, fire hosing/washing of the entire venue · Assist with venue projects, including but not limited to, painting, construction, building repairs, plumbing and electrical · Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties. · Detect faulty mechanical, electrical and structural issues, and report those and any unusual situations to manager. · Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy. · If applicable, driving forklift and/or other company vehicles and complete all required tasks that fall under those positions. · Groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, weed clean up and trash removal · Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. · Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. · Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. · Participate in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. · Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue - this includes collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc. · Comply with safety regulations. · Hours may vary during the summer months · Position requires you to be able to work during all weather conditions since this is an outside venue. · Additional tasks as requested by management.
