We are looking for an experienced and driven Director of Marketing to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, energy, and a proven track record of success in digital marketing and strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
• Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with company goals.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to measure marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing content and materials.
• Lead B2B marketing efforts to expand partnerships and client relationships.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, particularly in real estate, property management, or hospitality, to inform marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong brand awareness through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Train and mentor marketing team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and B2B strategies.
• Proven expertise in using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality industries is preferred.
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans with measurable results.
• Demonstrated efficiency and ambition, with a drive to innovate and excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
